Romeo Acop Death and Obituary – Romeo “Romy” Acop, the Representative of the 2nd District of Antipolo City and a respected retired police general, passed away on Saturday evening, December 20, 2025, at the age of 78. According to official reports, Acop suffered a heart attack at his home. The medical emergency came as a shock to family members and colleagues, as he had recently undergone a successful kidney transplant on November 28, 2025. On the night of December 20, Acop was found lying on the floor of his residence at around 10:12 p.m. by his duty nurse and his youngest daughter.
