TOWSON, Md. — The Towson community is mourning the sudden and tragic passing of Donald Knight, 66, who lost his life in a fatal pedestrian crash early Monday morning, December 29, 2025.

According to the Baltimore County Police Department, the crash occurred at approximately 1:10 a.m. near North Point Boulevard and Trappe Road (21222). Officers from Precinct 12 – Dundalk responded to the scene, where they discovered Donald had been struck by a 2012 Honda Odyssey traveling southbound. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
Donald Knight’s sudden passing has left family, friends, and neighbors in Towson and Dundalk grieving the loss of a beloved member of the community. He was a cherished father, friend, and neighbor whose life touched many. His memory will live on through the love and stories shared by those who knew him.
The Baltimore County Police Department’s Crash Team is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
